All spa services are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed once payment and/or deposit is received. We reserve the right to refuse service for reasonable reasons, including safety, health concerns, or violation of our policies.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods. Customers may be required to provide valid card information to secure a booking. By providing payment information, you authorize Everskin Lab to process payment for the services provided.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Products sold are considered final sale. Refunds or store credit will only be issued for approved allergic reactions or defective products.

Customers must provide accurate information when booking services. You are responsible for all actions that occur under your account or booking.
