 Service Refunds
  • All services at Everskin Lab are customized to individual skincare needs, and therefore are non-refundable.

  • To ensure client satisfaction, we provide consultations and aftercare guidance. Additional support will be offered if needed.

Product Refunds & Exchanges
  • Order Cancellation:Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Final Sale Products: All products are final sale, and refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with photos.Approved cases will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Allergic Reactions: If a product causes an allergic reaction, email us immediately with photos attached.Upon approval, store credit will be issued.

Refund Method
  • Refunds or store credits will be processed to the original payment method or customer account.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.
