All services at Everskin Lab are customized to individual skincare needs, and therefore are non-refundable.

To ensure client satisfaction, we provide consultations and aftercare guidance. Additional support will be offered if needed.
Product Refunds & Exchanges

Order Cancellation:Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Final Sale Products: All products are final sale, and refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with photos.Approved cases will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Allergic Reactions: If a product causes an allergic reaction, email us immediately with photos attached.Upon approval, store credit will be issued.
Refund Method

Refunds or store credits will be processed to the original payment method or customer account.
